Marriage License

License

A marriage license can be obtained from the County Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. The fee for a license is $88 payable in cash, credit or debit cards, money orders, or cashier’s checks. The license is valid for one year from the date it is issued and may be used anywhere within the State of Nevada. View a list of persons authorized to solemnize marriages (PDF).
