Pursuant to NRS 293.203, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Primary Election will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  In order to vote in the Primary you must be registered to vote via mail by May 15, 2018; in person by May 22, 2018; or online by May 24, 2018. All polling places will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the following locations:

Precincts 1–5 (City of Ely & vicinity) Bristlecone Convention Center, 150 6th Street                                                          Ely, NV 

Precinct 6 (McGill) McGill Grade School, 25 Avenue F,  McGill, NV

Precinct 7 (Ruth), 8 (Lund/Preston), 9 (Baker), and 10 (Outlying Ranches) are Mail-In Precincts.

Early Voting will be held May 19th through June 8th, 2018 during the following times:
May 26th                                            10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
May 28th – June 1st                          8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
June 2nd                                            10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
June 4th – June 8th                          8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Early Voting will be held at the White Pine County Clerk’s Office, 801 Clark Street, Suite 4, Ely, NV and yes, we will be open Memorial Day for your voting convenience.

As a registered voter in White Pine County, you have the option to GO GREEN and receive your Sample Ballots in PDF format right in your e-mail inbox as opposed to receiving them in the mail.  To receive your future Sample Ballots via electronic means, please email the White Pine County Clerk at and include the following information:
              First and Last Name
              Last 4 digits of your SSN or Driver's License Number
              Date of Birth
              E-Mail address where you want your Sample Ballot sent
Once your request is received by the Clerk, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Thank you for GOING GREEN and being an active voter in White Pine County.
